In the beginning of February 2014, FORTGROUP finalized
the first transaction in the history of Saint Petersburg’s commercial real
estate market and acquired a set of several business centers.
Five properties were acquired in the historic district of Saint Petersburg. These were Apollo Business-Center on Dobroliuvov Street, two business-centers on Paradnaya Street - Orlov and Trubetskoy, business-center Litera on Galernaya, and Helios on Marat Street. Total floor area of the acquired property exceeded 24 thousand square meters.
These properties were acquired from LSR Group in exchange for Ryabov Ceramic Factory, which was a non-core asset for FORTGROUP.
