FORTGROUP is been Finished Work on the Choice of the Concept for Mall in Podolsk

In agree to the concept set for developers to the task, Mall has to become one of the main architectural objects in the downtown. Work on the concept of a complex is planned to be finished in the next months that in the fall to start design and coordination of the project documentation.
Besides architectural expressiveness, the project has to correspond to the most advanced tendencies in the sphere of functional filling of Mall. The trend, which will only amplify in the next years, assumes care from unconditional domination of function of shopping in shopping center. The public catering and entertainments become not addition, and a full source of an attraction of visitors.
One of the main considered concepts provides "an exterior in shopping center" - behind transparent walls of a complex, the real trade city will be located. Color accents of the separate internal volumes, which are "breaking off" glass facades give to the project identity and expressiveness.
