Maxim Levchenko Became the Winner of Saint Petersburg TOP-100 Award

Maxim Levchenko, the Managing Partner of FORTGROUP became the winner of Saint Petersburg TOP-100, awarded by the Business Community of Petersburg in the Commercial Real Estate category in 2016.
As a reminder, TOP-100 rating system is based on the performance assessment of top managers from Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, factors used include sales proceeds, return on assets, and asset value.
Annual rating is done since 2004, award ceremonies for the winners of the projects are traditionally held at the end of November. This year it was held at the recently renovated Manezh Convention Center.
