The Business Community Highly Regarded FORTGROUP for Dynamic Development in 2014
The company’s construction subdivision, FORTGROUP Construction, LLC, received the most prestigious award on the construction market of Saint Petersburg, Construction Company of the Year, in the category Construction of Commercial Real Estate.
In 2014, FORTGROUP played an important role on Saint Petersburg’s construction market leading several exclusive construction projects: Europolis, the flagship shopping and entertainment center opened in October; FORT Tower business center on Moskovsky Boulevard that will open at the end of 2016, according to plan. At the same time, the second stage of Port Nakhodka is being erected and it will also be delivered in 2016.
The business community spoke in praise of the personal contribution of Maxim Levchenko, the managing partner of FORTGROUP to the dynamic development of the company. He was named The Top Manager of the Year in the category Commercial Real Estate of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, according to КоммерсантЪ newspaper.
