Felicita Became Successful After Becoming the London Mall

The opening ceremony of London Mall after a full-scale reconceptualization took place in November 2013. At FORTGROUP, this center was considered the weakest asset of the Macromir’s  heritage. It originally opened in 2008 and was called Felicita.

Chapman Taylor, a British architectural bureau was the author of the center’s reconceptualization. Thus its name and its British style. “Together with our partners we created a brand new concept of a shopping mall,” FORTGROUP’s managing partner Maxim Levchenko said. “It is customer-friendly, its concept is interesting and easy to understand, and the quality of tenants is good. Anyone can find something to do here, depending on one’s interest, whether it is shopping, entertainment, or sports.”

Among the main vendors, is the two-story H&M clothing department store occupying 2 thousand square meters; Bershka and Pull&Bear clothing stores, occupying 4 thousand square meters; Media Markt, a store that sells computers and home appliances; Sportmaster, a sports department store; and The Ice Queen, a clothing department store.

There are more than 100 stores at the London Mall, among which are well-known and popular clothing and shoes brand names, such as Befree, Mango, Benetton, Carlo Pazolini, Ecco, and Chester. The entertainment area includes a cinema with eight theaters called the Film Formula and the first and the only one of its kind Big Ben bowling arena. The list of cafes and restaurants includes British Bakery, Coffeeshop Company, Grizzly bar, and supermarkets Carousel and Lerua Merlen.
