Malls of FORTGROUP: Opening of July

Opening in a new format of Modis shop in the “Fiolent” mall became the most noticeable event of July on objects of FORTGROUP. This anchor tenant stopped work for carrying out a reconceptualization. The area of the updated shop is more than 1,4 thousand sq.m.

Updating was carried out also by shop of large federal network of youth clothes Befree. Its area in Broadcasting Company "City Moll" was increased from 195 to 415 sq.m.

The new operator has appeared in July in mall "Five lakes" - the Fun Shop MODI network offering design fashionable accessories, goods for a hobby, at home, sport, travel and many other things, has opened there on the first floor shop of 464,5 sq.m.

In the central atrium of mall “Europolis” on the second floor on the area of 72 sq.m. the fashion-operator has opened Cop.Copine which has replaced a location within a complex.

There were no opening of large outlets in the Moscow FORTGROUP complexes in July. Shops of the shoe Francesco Donni brands in "Fort Otradnoye" ("Gold Babylon Otradnoye") on 128,2 sq.m. and Westfalika to "Europolis of Rostokino" ("Gold Babylon of Rostokino") on 103,7 sq.m. and also the operator on repair of City Master digital equipment in "FORT Yasenevo" was opened.

In a segment of a public catering we will note opening of Burger King restaurant on the area of 61,7 sq.m. in mall "Rodeo Drive". Besides, at the food court of “Academ Park” on 36 sq.m. there has been began work the coffee house of the Israeli network Cofix which has entered the Russian market at the end of 2016 and planning to increase considerably in the next years presence in the Russian market.

We will remind that in the second quarter the main rotation of operators on objects of FORTGROUP has been carried out in a fashion segment and has averaged 1,7% on the St. Petersburg objects. Rotation on other profiles hasn't exceeded 1%. The first month of the third quarter has also shown more active updating of operators in a fashion-segment.
